I want to take the opportunity to share another feature this week. Laurence Birdsey of The Complete Athlete gave me some guidance in my offseason for how to approach improving my ability to sustain high power output or running speed.
Laurence is an accomplished coach in the UK, working with world champion level cyclists, runners and triathletes. I was honored to be able to lay out a path forward to developing my weaknesses while maintaining in the areas I am strong.
